BEFORE
This is the original living room. Little had changed since the building was built in 1935. However, the owner had curiously added crinkle glass, giving a claustrophobic feel to the interior. Radiators had been removed and discarded.
AFTER
The space is restored. New radiators were installed in the custom niche for that purpose. Glass was replaced with sound reducing laminated glass from Saint Gobain. Original hardware is repaired and restored. The original blinds are cleaned and returned to operating condition. Custom shelves allow for the client's extensive music and book collections.
