This 3-bedroom apartment on Capitol Hill was renovated by K2 in several stages during the past decade.  Today, it is a highly desirable Airbnb serving tourists and visiting professionals, with a décor that is inspired by the visual and performing arts.  K2’s interventions included new exterior doors and windows, new wood floors, a new modern kitchen, a rebuilt and more gradual stair, new bathrooms, new utilities, and a replanned second floor to provide a third bedroom and a washer/drier room.
