This 270,000-square-foot project in central Alexandria consolidated seven facilities into a single location, integrating healthcare, corporate offices, and public agency functions. Designed to move away from the dark and outdated architecture of the past, the new space features soft, calming colors, open workstations, abundant natural light, and innovative lighting solutions.

Serving one of the most diverse populations in the United States—where residents speak over 11 languages—wayfinding posed a unique challenge. To address this, an innovative signage program was developed, incorporating intuitive symbols and a thoughtful use of color to guide visitors seamlessly through the expansive complex.
