Always striving to compete with industry giant McKinsey, BCG aimed to elevate their office design and create a memorable "WOW" factor. The result was the addition of a new internal staircase featuring custom light fixtures, tech-forward colors, and a modern design—all while staying within budget, with the lease set to expire in just eight years.
