The design of this mixed-use complex builds on the literal meaning of the Japanese word Kinshicho or "golden thread" to generate a unifying theme for its architecture, interior design, retail graphic design, and branding for this new retail center.  This project incorporates an indoor mall with office and residential towers built on the site of a former Seiko watch factory, transforming a neglected neighborhood into a vibrant live-work-play destination. ​
