Located in a neighborhood heavily scarred by Japanese shelling during WWII, this 5-Hectare project creates a critical mass that successfully transformed the public's perception of the district and initiated its economic revitalization.  Shops and food & beverage line all of the open-air pedestrian “alleys”, while larger uses of hotel, office, cinema and residential complete the mix.  ​
