Tyson's Corner, Virginia

A short lease led to a slim budget and accelerated build-out. With only seven months from award to move-in, the six floors at 1750 Tysons Boulevard still needed to incorporate the company culture, intensive AV requirements, intuitive wayfinding, and the in-office social spaces for which their corporate offices have become famous. Given its neutral Tyson's Corner context, inspiration came from the Greco-Roman materiality of natural stone, wood, and water.
