Designed for a large site near the sea at Qingdao’s northern edge, this project reimagines land that was used just once a year for the famous festival into a full-time, mixed-use neighborhood.  While still supporting the surge of footfall and temporary offerings of the festival, the phased project allows a complete realization of its potential.  ​
