Suning is one of the largest, non-government commercial enterprises in China.  This mixed-use project, with an floor area ratio of 12, consolidates multiple commercial uses onto one, concise urban site.  The 318-meter tower sits atop Suning’s shopping mall and stacks a Hyatt hotel over luxury residential and office uses.
