CATIC 11 is a modern shopping mall and office complex in a new and rapidly growing suburb, situated between Chengdu's urban core and the airport. Designed as a destination for high end shoppers, the project celebrates Chengdu’s ancient teahouse lifestyle by offering multilevel outdoor plazas as well as direct views and connections to outdoor plazas and a civic park.  Located in the same neighborhood, the concept design for CATIC 7, another mixed-use project, served as a prototype for CATIC 11.
